• How To Buy from us:
  
  Check we stock your discontinued Denby pattern by going to our Pattern Gallery then use the Enquire Form or contact us. We can then provide a quotation which will advise you of the Postage and Packing costs.
  
  If we do not show what you are looking for on our website then please complete our China Find Searchers Form or contact us . (Often we cannot display all our stock items on the web).
  
  Our Prices: All items are priced competitively. Prices vary depending upon the discontinued Denby pattern required. Some patterns are more difficult to locate than others and the condition of the items can vary. The majority of our stock is in excellent, as new condition. We do stock some bran new items in some of the discontinued patterns. A quotation would be provided before purchase and at this time, details of condition would be given.
  
  For items that require posting the full postage charge is payable and a nominal amount for packing materials. All items are packed extremely well with good quality packing material.
  
  Payment:

  We can accept payment by the following methods:

  Personal Cheque - All personal cheques to be made payable to Denby China Find.

  Credit and Debit Cards - please proceed to the Pay-online link. Our Card payment is powered by World Pay and is completely secure. Alternatively you can still pay by phoning your Cards details through to us. Our telephone number is on our Contact Us page.

  Amex – If you wish to pay by Amex please phone your Card details through.

  Paypal - please proceed to the Pay-online link. Paypal allows you to send money worldwide, instantly and securely, to anyone who has an email address. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Switch through Paypal

Terms of Business:

• Guarantee - All the china supplied will be in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or excessive wear. Any flaws in the china would be described before purchase. We endeavour to ensure that all purchases are delivered safely. We use good quality packing materials at all times. If a breakage does occur during transit, Denby China Find will accept full responsibility and will replace the item(s) free of charge if available from stock, or offer a full refund of the purchase price.
  
  
• Returns - If you are not entirely happy with the quality of any pieces purchased from us, you may return the items within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price. We cannot refund of any postage costs

SELLING TO US

• How to sell to us:
  
  Denby China Find is always looking for unwanted Denby tableware. We will be happy to provide you with a quotation if you would like to complete the selling form. Due to the quantity of selling requests we receive we cannot respond to them all. If we have not responded to your request within 5 working days unfortunately we are not looking for your pattern at the moment.
  
  Privacy - Denby China Find respects the privacy of all its customers and your email address is kept on our files for the sole purpose of contacting you in relation to your enquiry. Should you wish your details to be removed from our files please let us know. They will be removed immediately. We will not divulge your email address to a third party under any circumstances.
